Player Code of Conduct

Thurles Hockey Club (THC) endeavours to provide an enjoyable and safe sporting environment where each girl can play at her level and fulfil her potential. Players for their part have rights which must be respected and responsibilities they must accept.

Players have the right to feel safe, be treated with dignity and respect, participate on an equitable manner and have a fun time playing hockey.

Players have the responsibility to treat other participants and adults involved in hockey with dignity and respect. Players should never bully or use bullying tactics to isolate others. Telling lies, spreading rumours and using violence will not be tolerated by THC.
